All orders are processed within 2 business days. We provide domestic shipping for a flat rate fee of $12. International shipping options are available.

If inaccurate or incomplete addresses information is provided, it may delay processing. Please thoroughly review your shipping and billing information prior to checking out to prevent any possible delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus, our policy won’t allow us to give a refund or exchange merchandise/products that have been tampered with, has a missing label, or worn. We hope to continue being your provider when considering virgin hair extensions and other hair care needs.
